Terrell Ghosts' Founder/Owner Paranormal Researcher/Author/Speaker

Brenda's interest in paranormal investigation was sparked by a personal encounter with her son and mother in 2012. Since then, she has been striving to advance the field through rigorous education, team collaboration, and practical experimentation. Her primary goal is to evaluate paranormal datasets with critical thinking skills.

When she developed  the Terrell Ghost Walks she realized bringing the "entertainment" and "excitement" to her guests, it allowed for an excellent segue into more reliable, science backed research to teach and demonstrate.  She believes that providing this information to one person at a time, over enough time, scientists will one day believe in the research and, like psychiatry did, it will be taken more seriously.  

Brenda brings training from the prestigious Rhine Research Center, where she has taken multiple certification programs in parapsychology and other paranormal fields. Brenda also holds a field investigator certificate and trained in forensic videography and photography, from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the world's largest and most respected global organization dedicated to UFO studies since 1969.  

She shares the microphone with her mother, and coauthor Mary Jo Woodruff on the Terrell Paranormal Talk podcast.  It is available on all streaming platforms.

Brenda often lectures on her passion for Electronic Voice Phenomena, where she has hundreds of hours in self-directed research and study from organizations like the Association for Transcommunication but also watches what is currently being practiced in the field by today's paranormal investigators to see future promise. 

Brenda believes that paranormal phenomena are evidence of the survival of consciousness.  We should take comfort in the possibility our departed loved ones are still with us, in spirit. We are afraid because we don't understand it but the more we learn, it will lessen that fear.  Eventually, we will embrace such "ghosts" and our understanding will increase, our fear will reside.

Brenda approaches paranormal research conservatively but acknowledges that some extraordinary supernatural events occur in the world that we have yet to comprehend.
