Principles of Professional Conduct Investigation Standards

Principles of Professional Conduct

Our team upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every paranormal investigation.

Obtaining Permission:

We require explicit permission from property owners before conducting any investigation. At no time do we assume it is okay to use any methods of investigation such as EVP or vigil work, on property without the consent of the business owner.

Never enter a property, even if it easy to gain access into the location, without the owner's permission.  In other words, just because the building is abadoned doesn't mean you can enter in through a window or 'break into' a property for the purpose of pursuing an investigation.

Client Interactions and Rights to Privacy

All interactions with clients must be respectful, maintaining clear communication and prioritizing their privacy and well-being at all times.

 Confidentiality and Discretion

All information obtained during investigations is treated as strictly confidential. Team members must not share details, evidence, or client identities outside the organization without written consent.

Confidentiality extends to all forms of communication, including social media and public forums.

Professional Appearance and Conduct

Investigators are expected to dress appropriately and present themselves in a manner that reflects the professionalism of our team. Conduct during investigations must be courteous, unbiased, and focused on the task at hand. Disruptive behavior or unprofessional actions will not be tolerated.

Investigation Standards

Roles and Responsibilities

Each investigation follows a clear chain of command. Only the lead investigator communicates directly with the client to maintain clarity. The case manager oversees project logistics and ensures the team stays on schedule. Audio/visual staff are responsible for equipment management and file organization, while all investigators must document findings as instructed and adhere to deadlines.

Chain of Command

Team Collaboration and Review

All team members are required to participate in post-investigation reviews and meetings, conducted via Odoo Discuss Video. Timely completion of evidence review and documentation is essential. Collaboration and open communication are encouraged to ensure thorough and accurate case conclusions.
