Principles of Professional Conduct
Our team upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every paranormal investigation.
Obtaining Permission:
We require explicit permission from property owners before conducting any investigation. At no time do we assume it is okay to use any methods of investigation such as EVP or vigil work, on property without the consent of the business owner.
Never enter a property, even if it easy to gain access into the location, without the owner's permission. In other words, just because the building is abadoned doesn't mean you can enter in through a window or 'break into' a property for the purpose of pursuing an investigation.
Client Interactions and Rights to Privacy
All interactions with clients must be respectful, maintaining clear communication and prioritizing their privacy and well-being at all times.
All information obtained during investigations is treated as strictly confidential. Team members must not share details, evidence, or client identities outside the organization without written consent.
Confidentiality extends to all forms of communication, including social media and public forums.
Professional Appearance and Conduct
Investigators are expected to dress appropriately and present themselves in a manner that reflects the professionalism of our team. Conduct during investigations must be courteous, unbiased, and focused on the task at hand. Disruptive behavior or unprofessional actions will not be tolerated.
