We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic tour guide who is fluent in both English and Spanish to lead our captivating haunted ghost walks. The perfect candidate will possess a deep love for history and storytelling, with a remarkable ability to engage and inspire our guests, creating unforgettable and immersive experiences. 


We are committed to enhancing our outreach to the Latin community, recognizing its rich cultural contributions and the need for representation in our services.  Therefore, being bilingual is a requirement for this position.


While prior experience is not necessary, a genuine passion for the paranormal is essential. We offer extensive training to equip the right individual with all the tools needed to succeed in this thrilling role.

  • Lead haunted ghost walks and tours, sharing captivating stories and legends about local haunted locations. 
  • Engage with guests, answering questions and providing insights into the history and folklore of the area. 
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests throughout the tour. 
  • Promote the company and its services, events, and merchandise to potential guests. 
  • Use paranormal equipment used on tours and be able to guide guests in their use.
  • Collaborate with other tour guides and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.


  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must be personable, approachable, and likable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. 
  • A desire to learn local Terrell history and its ghost stories.
  • Passion for the paranormal and a genuine interest in sharing that passion with others.
  • Ability to create a captivating, immersive, and engaging atmosphere for guests. 
  • Previous experience in a tour guiding capacity or a comparable customer service role would be advantageous.

  • This role involves weekend work, but you have the option to choose which weekends you prefer to work.
  • Tour guides may be required to work in all types of weather conditions. 
  • Participants will receive instruction on designated tour paths, the use of equipment, training in paranormal activities, and captivating ghost tales.
  • Must be dependable.

     Compensation


Compensation is designed to reward your hard work and dedication, taking into account various factors such as the number of guests you attract on your tours, your availability for additional tours, the positive feedback and reviews from guests, as well as any retail and event sales you generate. 


Plus, you will receive 100% of your gratuities! We also provide opportunities for enhanced earnings through regular performance evaluations.
